Senator Mark W. Koran called the meeting to order at 10:32 a.m. A quorum was present. Senator Dahms was excused.

S.F. 3032: Senator Jensen: Health carrier provider network status change from in-network to out-of-network status provider and enrollee notification requirement.



Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 3032, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
