S.F. 3245: Senator Pratt: Energy improvements program modification; residential property assessed clean energy (PACE) loans consumer protections authorization.



Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 3245, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
