Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 1:12 P.M. A quorum was present.

**SF 3554 moved to Thursday, March 22nd**


S.F. 2983: Senator Eichorn: Wild rice waters findings and listing of waters; nullifying and restricting application of water quality standards.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 2983, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3417: Senator Benson: Minnesota health policy commission establishment and appropriation.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3417, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3056: Senator Benson: State employee group insurance proposed changes submission separately to the Legislative Coordinating Commission (LCC) requirement.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 3056, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3540: Senator Miller: Proposed collective bargaining agreements specific conditions for legislative ratification.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 3540, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 3154, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
