Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:06 PM.

S.F. 799: Senator Benson: MNsure board, human services department (DHS) and health department (MDH) interagency agreements and intra-agency transfers modification.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 799, referred to State Government Finance Committee.

S.F. 702: Senator Kiffmeyer: State-sponsored health programs abortion funding limitations.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 702, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 704: Senator Fischbach: Abortion facilities licensure requirement.



Senator Fischbach moved that S.F. 704, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.
