Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:01pm. Quorum Present.

S.F. 300: Senator Nelson: Medical practice board criminal background checks authorization and exemption.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 300, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 327: Senator Anderson: Military pay or benefits assignment prohibition and penalties and remedies.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 327, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 920: Senator Limmer: Common interest communities electronic delivery of cancellations of sale or resale authorization.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 920, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
