Senator Sandra L. Pappas called the meeting to order at 3:06 pm

S.F. 459: Senator Eken: Continuing care provisions modifications; advisory task forces, nursing facilities, resident relocation, medical assistance (MA), assessments, and maltreatment reporting modifications DISCUSSION AND ACTION WILL BE LIMITED TO SECTION 1.

Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 53, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
