Senator Geoff Michel called the meeting to order at 10:34AM

S.F. 1983: Senator DeKruif: Construction code fund transfer to the general fund elimination.



Senator DeKruif moved that S.F. 1983, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 2386: Senator Nelson: Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) employment support services pilot program and appropriation.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 2386, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 2443: Senator Kruse: Application of gratuities in minimum wage calculation (informational hearing only).
