1.1A Senate resolution
1.2relating to per diem living expenses incurred by members of the Senate; ratifying
1.3action by the Committee on Rules and Administration.
1.4BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota:
1.51. The action of the Committee on Rules and Administration on January 10, 2007,
1.6setting the rate of per diem living expenses for each calendar day during the sessions of the
1.785th Legislature is ratified.
1.82. A member who votes in the affirmative on a roll call vote on the adoption of this
1.9resolution may be paid the per diem without further action on the part of the member.
1.103. A member who does not vote in the affirmative on a roll call vote on the adoption of
1.11this resolution may not be paid per diem living expenses in any amount without a written request
1.12stating the amount requested by the member, up to the maximum set by the Committee on Rules
1.13and Administration, signed by the member and submitted to the Secretary of the Senate.
1.144. This resolution is effective for per diem payments made after its adoption.
