1.5BE IT RESOLVED, by the Senate of the State of Minnesota:
1.6The permanent rules of the Senate for the 83rd session of
1.7the Legislature are adopted as the temporary rules of the 84th
1.8session, to be effective until February 28, 2005, subject to the
1.9following conditions:
1.10A bill may not be introduced on the first day.
1.11The rules referred to above are amended as follows:
