79.36; 79.361, subdivision 1; 79.37; 79.371, subdivision 2; and 79.38, subdivision 1; repealing Minnesota
Statutes 1998, sections 79.362; 79.371, subdivision 1; 79.38, subdivisions 2 and 3; and 79.39.

S.F. No. 2247: A bill for an act relating to human services; expanding the SAIL program and requiring
additional SAIL initiatives; modifying the administration of the congregate housing services projects;
appropriating money; amending Minnesota Statutes 1998, sections 256.9751; and 256B.0917, by adding a
subdivision.
