123B.53, subdivision 4.

S.F. No. 3043: A bill for an act relating to child protection; requiring certain notice to the subject of a
child maltreatment report; requiring certain training for child abuse services professionals; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 626.559, subdivision 2; Minnesota Statutes 2003 Supplement, section
626.556, subdivision 10.
