introduced--
S.F. No. 3817: A resolution urging the passage of
the Stem Cell Research Act of 2005. Referred to the Committee on Rules
and Administration.
Senators Koering and
Ruud introduced--
S.F. No. 3818: A bill for an act relating to local
option sales taxes; authorizing the city of Duluth to increase its food and
beverage tax; authorizing each of the cities of Austin, Baxter, Brainerd,
and Nisswa to impose a local sales tax; amending Laws 1980, chapter 511, section
1, subdivision 2, as amended. Referred to the Committee on Taxes.
