providing for valuation and deferment of taxes on certain homestead resorts; delaying the date by which
taxes on certain resort property must be paid; exempting from sales tax certain purchases from resorts;
appropriating money; amending Minnesota Statutes 2002, sections 120A.40; 278.03, subdivision 1;
279.01, subdivision 1, by adding a subdivision; 297A.71, by adding a subdivision; 297A.75, as amended;
proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 273.

S.F. No. 3018: A bill for an act relating to local sales taxes; allowing certain cities to impose a local
sales tax if certain criteria are met; amending Minnesota Statutes 2002, sections 297A.99, subdivision 1,
by adding a subdivision; 477A.016.
