course.

S.F. No. 3818: A bill for an act relating to crime prevention; imposing criminal penalties for killing or
harming animals trained to assist persons with disabilities; requiring the payment of restitution by these
offenders; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 609.
