Internships in My Office
Interning in my office is a great opportunity to learn about and participate in our state government and to serve our local communities. Interns can work at the Senate District 29 office in St. Paul.
Prospective interns should have a strong interest in the legislative process, a willingness to interface with the public, excellent writing and communication skills, and enthusiasm for learning about government. Check with your school or academic department about receiving credit for your internship.
Certificate Requests
It is a great honor to represent the Senate District 29, in large part, because of the extraordinary constituents whom I represent. Residents of the District 29 contribute to the well-being of our communities through their academic, professional, and civic activities. If you're part of a community organization that is celebrating a milestone, or if you know of an individual who is receiving an honor, please let me know if I can provide a Senate certificate of recognition or congratulatory letter.
State Publications
My office provides free brochures from a variety of state agencies on various subjects from MN property tax refunds to fishing and hunting regulations. Please feel free to stop by my office and browse. We can also get you copies of state budget information and other reports issued by the Legislature and state agencies.
