SENATOR JOHN HOWE COMMENTS ON THE DISASTER BILL PASSED IN THE SPECIAL SESSION OF THE MINNESOTA SENATE TODAY.

St. Paul- Minnesota State Senator John Howe (R-Red Wing), who has portions of areas in Goodhue County that were affected by the spring flooding, spoke on the Disaster Relief Bill (HF1) which passed with overwhelming bipartisan support today in the Minnesota Senate.
