St. Paul- The Minnesota Senate Republican Caucus received notice Friday from the State of Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings that the administrative law judge dismissed half of the allegations brought forth by the DFL Party against members of the Senate Republican Caucus. The judge wrote that the DFL Party “failed to allege any facts to support its claim that any or all of their Respondents used forceful or overwhelming pressure to compel Senate staffers to perform these tasks.”
Senate Majority Leader Dave Senjem gave the following statement:
“We will continue to follow the process and defend our Senators’ right to communicate with their constituents.”
