| SENATOR DAVID HANN ANNOUNCES WASHINGTON D.C. HEALTH CARE TRIP | ||||||||||||
St. Paul- Senator David Hann (R-Eden Prairie) will travel to Washington D.C. Wednesday and Thursday to meet with members of the Minnesota delegation in the U.S. Senate and House. As Chair of the Health and Human Services Committee, Senator Hann will represent the Senate Majority Caucus in his meetings to discuss state and federal health care regulations.
“Minnesota is without a doubt a leader in health care. Implementing intrusive federal government policies into our health care industry is the wrong prescription for Minnesota. Everyone has the ability to make decisions about their health care, even low income Minnesotans. I plan to do everything I can working with our congressional delegation to restore healthcare decision making to the citizens of Minnesota,” said Senator Hann.
Senator Hann will depart Minneapolis early Wednesday and return Thursday evening. He plans to meet with members of the Minnesota delegation in the U.S. Senate and House as well as staff from the U.S. House Committee on the Budget.
The trip is paid for by campaign funds from the Minnesota Senate Republican Caucus.
