About the Program:
As technology evolves, so do campaigns. Capitol Report takes a look at how the online community is changing elections. Plus, the Republicans beat the Democrats to the chase in choosing a site for the 2008 convention, and viewers are offered a digitally re-mastered video tour of Minnesota’s beautiful state capitol.

Segment 1 – Host Jannell Trobec interviews online advocate and expert Steven Clift of e-democracy.org about the nation’s only online gubernatorial debate and the growing influence of the internet with campaigns.
