	About the Debate:
	Two bills are before the committee: SF 180 allows parents to decide whether their multiple birth children should be placed in the same school classrom (00:00:00); and SF 419 instructs the Dept. of Education and school districts to promote student access to license support services, such as licensed school counselors, licensed school psychologists and licensed school social workers (00:50:45).
