| The Senate discussed SF 1842 (Concealed Handgun Permits). The bill originated as a DNR technical bill. It was amended by the House to include the Conceal and Carry provision, also referred to as the Minnesota Personal Protection Act of 2003. The Senate passed the bill on a vote of 37 to 30. |
