A resoultion setting March 3rd at 12:00 p.m. for a Joint Convention of the House and Senate to elect members of the Board of Regents was adopted.

Sen. Pat Pariseau made a motion to pull her gun bill (SF 222 - Minnesota Citizens Personal Protection Act of 2003) from the Crime Prevention Committee and place it on General Orders. The motion failed on a roll call vote of 32-34.

The Senate will reconvene on Monday, February 24th at 10:00 a.m.
