| The panel included former North Dakota Governor George Sinner, Fargo Mayor Bruce Furness, and Genevieve Thompson, the Executive Director of the Dakota State Office of the National Audubon Society. The panelists discussed Manitoba activities, the IFMI effort, the new Red River Basin Commission, and other flood reduction and costs issues. A question and answer session followed. |
