| Legislative Auditor Jim Nobles presents a report on the alleged improprieties
of the Department of Children, Families and Learning in administering a
$90,000 grant. The grant was intended to study and upgrade child development
and family services programs but at least five department employees allegedly
diverted the funds to the United Way of Olmsted County.
