| Primary Responsibilities: |
|
- Developing, implementing and maintaining web based applications
- Evaluating user requests for new programs, or complex modifications to existing programs
- Performing research and gathering relevant data regarding feasibility, cost and time parameters
- Preparing detailed program specifications
- Developing and entering coding for existing systems as well as testing and debugging programs
- Creating programming documentation
- Building relational database applications incorporating SQL data with web site content utilizing PHP and other programming languages
- Monitoring ongoing program and system performance

| Qualifications: |
|
- BA in computer programming, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years website programming and development experience
- Thorough knowledge of the use and management of relational databases
- Strong knowledge of internet tools and browsers, programming languages including HTML, PERL or C++, Visual Basic, PHP, JAVA, SQL and the latest web server and operating systems
- Familiarity of web/database connectivity
- Skilled in web development, analyzing information, problem solving, software performance tuning, software design, software debugging, software development, fundamentals, software documentation/testing
- Good communications skills and attention to detail
