1997 Fiscal Review Appropriations - Flood Relief


In Laws 1997, Second Special Session, Chapter 2, the Legislature appropriated an additional $55.3 million in bond proceeds and $1 million from the Petroleum Tank Fund for flood relief. Chapter 2 also cancels and reappro-priates $20.3 million from the General Fund for specific purposes. The canceled appropriations were general appropriations made for flood relief in the 1997 regular legislative session. The following table provides details on the appropriations for flood relief:
