S.F. 3001 authorizes the Adjutant General to rent armories, buildings, and other facilities operated and maintained by the Adjutant General. Rentals must not conflict with military uses of the rented facility. Permits the Adjutant General to place the appropriate personnel on orders to oversee facility operations during rentals. The Adjutant General must also ensure that the cost of personnel is included in the rental agreement terms.
