|
S.F. 1892 amends the formula that is used for allocating a portion of revenue from the motor vehicle sales tax (MVST) to suburban transit providers (opts-outs) and for distributing the revenue among the providers. The bill eliminates the current percent and replaces it with a new amount to be determined.
