|
This bill provides a sales tax exemption for building materials, equipment and supplies used in and equipment incorporated into the construction or replacement of real property in Madelia affected by the fire in February 2016. The tax must be paid upfront and purchasers can apply for a refund. Effective retroactively for sales and purchase made after December 31, 2015 and before July 1, 2018.
