|
S.F. No. 1413 provides a three-year extension of the five-year rule for the Lyndale Gardens Tax Increment Financing District in the city of Richfield. The Lyndale Gardens TIF District is a redevelopment district that was certified on March 29, 2013. Under current law, the five-year rule expires on March 29, 2018.
Effective upon compliance by the city of Richfield with approval and filing requirements.
