|
S.F. No. 117 limits the fiscal disparities contribution for any municipality that owns and operates a municipal wastewater treatment plant to the lesser of 40 percent of the growth in its commercial-industrial net tax capacity since 1971 or ten percent of the municipality’s net tax capacity.
Effective beginning with property taxes payable in 2018.
