       S.F. No. 1165 with the A-1 amendment amends the income exclusions for the Minnesota family investment program, by excluding the income of a new spouse for 12 months from the date of the marriage certificate, provided the combined income of the family does not exceed 275 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.
