|
S. F. No. 530 requires the commissioner of transportation to report to the legislature on the use of tolling in the state and on MnPASS lanes. The reports are required on or before January 2, 2018, and must be completed with existing appropriations. The bill lists minimum content requirements of the reports, including recommendations for statutory or rule changes.
