|
S.F. No. 3208 establishes the task force on child care to review the loss of child care providers in the state, assess affordability issues for providers and parents, and identify areas that need to be addressed by the Legislature. The task force is comprised of eight members from the Legislature, and the bill specifies the duties of the task force, with a report due by January 15, 2017.
This section is effective the day following final enactment and sunsets January 15, 2017.
