|
S.F. No. 3162 modifies the amount that the Propane Education and Research Council may assess propane producers and retail marketers in order to conduct activities of the council to an amount not to exceed the maximum allowed under federal law. The maximum assessment amount currently allowed is one mill per gallon of odorized propane.
