|
S.F. 2345 extends the time limit for the city of Edina to file a certificate of approval of a TIF special law authorization granted in 2014. The city did not file the certificate with the secretary of state before the first day of the next regular session of the legislature as was required. The bill extends the filing date to December 31, 2016, and provides that any action taken by the city in reliance on the 2014 authorization are deemed consistent with the authorization.
Effective the day following final enactment without local approval.
