|
Section 1 allows cities that regulate pedicabs, rickshaws, and other similar vehicles to permit these vehicles to be equipped with an electric motor.
Section 2 allows towns that regulates pedicabs, rickshaws, or other similar vehicles to permit these vehicles to be equipped with an electric motor.
Section 3 requires city ordinances that license or regulate taxis and small vehicle passenger services to meet the requirements in section 1.
