            This bill modifies the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency program called Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program.

Section 1 (462A.204, subd. 1) changes the definition of homeless youth from 22 years old to 24 years of age or younger.

Section 2 (462A.204, subd. 3) makes tribes eligible applicants for the program.
