Article 1

Sections 1 to 9 (S.F. 373, Metzen) is the Revisor recodification of statutes relating to brewpubs, small brewers, and microdistilleries.

Article 2

Section 1 (S.F. 872, Ingebrigtsen; S.F. 637, Pappas; S.F. 1788, Ortman) authorizes a microdistillery to sell at off-sale one 375 milliliter bottle per customer per day of its product.

Sections 2 and 3 (S.F. 1919, Dziedzic; S.F. 623, Reinert) allow growlers to be sold at off-sale on Sundays at small brewers and brewpubs.

Section 4 (S.F. 1423, Hayden) authorizes Minneapolis to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to Norway House.

Section 5 (S.F. 637, Pappas) allows a microdistillery to be issued a temporary license for on-sale of intoxicating liquor in connection with a social event sponsored by the microdistillery.

Section 6 (S.F. 1930, Dahle) allows an instructional permit to be used as proof of age for purchasing alcohol.

Section 7 (S.F. 1238, Metzen) allows Sunday on-sale to begin at 8:00 am.

Section 8 (S.F. 66, Brown) authorizes an on-sale intoxicating liquor license for the Becker municipal golf course.

Section 9 (S.F. 1212, Reinert) authorizes an on-sale intoxicating liquor license for the Lester Park golf course owned by the city of Duluth.

Section 10 (S.F. 360, Metzen) authorizes an on-sale intoxicating liquor license for the Inver Wood golf course owned by the city of Inver Grove Heights.

Section 11 (S.F. 1065, Pappas) authorizes brewpubs to sell malt liquor exclusively to a single retail licensee for sales at a single location at the State Fair. Sales may be made directly by the brewpub to the retail licensee or through licensed wholesalers.
