S.F. No. 1394 moves the primary election date to the first Tuesday after the third Monday in June for state and local primary elections.

Section 4 states that the state primary will be held on the first Tuesday after the third Monday in June in each even-numbered year.

Section 6 states that the regular state primary will be held on the first Tuesday after the third Monday in June of odd-numbered years.

Sections 7 and 10 state that municipal and school district primaries will be held on the first Tuesday after the third Monday in June.

Sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 14 make conforming changes to various election dates.

Section 15 provides for an effect date of January 1, 2016.
