Section 1. Local optional revenue. Modifies the calculation of the local optional levy. Increases the district-specific local optional equalization factor for districts in which the market value of seasonal recreational property exceeds 30 percent of the total market value in the district.
Section 1 is effective for taxes payable in 2016 and later.
