Section 1 (256B.0625, subd. 48) amends the medical assistance benefit chapter of law, specifically the benefit that allows psychiatric consultation to primary care practitioners, to include medical assistance reimbursement for consultation done by licensed independent clinical social workers and licensed marriage and family therapists.
