Section 1. General Education Disparity Aid.

Subdivision 1. Eligible districts. Makes a district with ANTC per pupil or RMKV per pupil in the lowest 20 percent of all districts potentially eligible to generate disparity aid.

Subdivision 2. General education disparity aid. Establishes the formula to calculate disparity aid.  Provides that an eligible district with general education revenue per pupil, excluding referendum revenue, in the lowest 20 percent of all districts generates aid on a sliding scale.

Section 2. Appropriations. Appropriates money for general education disparity aid.
