Section 1 [Disabled Veteran’s Credit] raises the credit that a disabled veteran receives for purposes of applying for a position in civil service from 15 to 20 points.

 Section 2 [Disabled Veteran; Definitions] specifies that a “disabled veteran” means a person who has a 30 percent or greater compensable service-connected disability.
