|
Section 1 changes the registration period for towed recreational vehicles from one year to three years, and also increases the tax, which is based on total gross weight of the vehicle, from 30 percent to 90 percent of the Minnesota base rate schedule.
This section is effective immediately, and applies to taxes payable for a registration period on or after January 1, 2016.
