Section 1. General education revenue. Makes conforming change to the definition of general education revenue for fiscal year 2016 and later.  Strikes other obsolete language.

Section 2. Transportation revenue. Amends the current transportation sparsity statute to include an additional component: transportation cost revenue.  Transportation cost revenue equals the difference between the district’s actual costs attributable to pupil transportation for the previous fiscal year and its current year revenues attributable to pupil transportation.

EFFECTIVE DATE: All sections effective for revenue beginning in fiscal year 2016.
