Section 1 modifies the statutory description of Legislative Route No 298.

Section 2 adds a new legislative route to the trunk highway system, to end at the Minnesota-Wisconsin border.

Section 3 turns back Trunk Highway No. 235 jurisdiction to Otter Tail County, effective when the Commissioner of Transportation receives a copy of its agreement with Otter Tail County and notifies the Revisor of Statutes that conditions of the transfer have been satisfied.

Section 4 turns back Trunk Highway No. 66 to Blue Earth County, effective when the Commissioner of Transportation receives a copy of its agreement with Blue Earth County and notifies the Revisor of Statutes that conditions of the transfer have been satisfied.
