|
This bill allows the city of Vergas to impose the aggregate materials tax if Otter Tail County chooses not to. The proceeds of the tax would be retained by the city and allocated in the same manner as the county tax. This bill further provides that if Otter Tail County chose to impose the tax, the city tax would be repealed.
