Section 1 [Election ] eliminates a requirement that the Minnesota House of Representatives elect a postmaster and assistant postmaster.

Section 2 [Joint Administrative Services] requires the Legislative Coodinating Commission to provide certain services to the House and Senate.  The services are:  printing and duplicating, postmaster and mail functions, television and other public information, and providing supplies.  This section bars the house and senate from maintaining separate offices or hiring separate employees to perform these services.
