SF 2530 requires the Commissioner of Human Services, in consultation with the Commissioners of Health and Commerce, to develop and submit to the legislature by December 15, 2012, a plan to restructure and reform medical assistance, MinnesotaCare, and other state health care programs in the event that the federal government makes significant changes in Medicaid service, delivery, eligibility, and financing.
